This industry quality soft knitted elastic is pre-shrunk and does not narrow when stretched. Soft and comfortable, this elastic is ideal for lighter to medium weight wovens like cotton poplin, viscose and linen as well as all kinds of knit fabrics. It is also suitable for patterns that call for a waistband that is topstitched in place.
